Just a week back in the gym and most of the bits and bobs are starting to tighten back up. I’ve picked up several pounds and my craving for protein and calories is off the charts. I’m trying to focus on staying hydrated, though, as I know some of my hunger craving is actually misinterpreted thirst.
And, oh yeah. I’m in a jockstrap, so that sells it to the horndogs. Enjoy, ya pervs!
